Sarah Helaouet

Sarah treats patients of all ages using a mixture of cranial, visceral and structural techniques with a focus on improving the physical and mental health of her patients and puts their overall well-being at the forefront of her treatments.  She particularly enjoys working with babies and new families, where she uses her paediatric knowledge to help release tension and improve function.  She has undertaken further post graduate training in the treatment of babies and toddlers and specialises in this here in the Align clinic.

Sarah is a bilingual osteopath who gained her Masters degree at the College Osteopathique de Bordeaux in France. 

She has worked alongside the International Department of the European School of Osteopathy (E.S.O) in Maidstone, examining undergraduate osteopaths, interpreting osteopathic and medical lectures, texts and interpreting examination material for French and Belgian students.

Sarah also has experience in performance and takes a particular interest in treating dancers, aerialists/acrobats and gymnasts and is a member of the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association (OPACA).
